Customer Service Specialist French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel industry, handling inbound and outbound interactions and providing first‑level assistance to users of a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage cases simultaneously, handling modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners using the booking platform.
• Log, classify and follow up on all customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of call history and resolutions.
• Analyze call data and share customer feedback.
• Stay updated on process and platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven customer service experience with ability to multitask.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic and professional communication under pressure.
• Availability Monday‑Sunday, 8 AM‑10 PM CET, with mandatory weekend shift 12 PM‑8 PM.
• Minimum 30 hours and maximum 40 hours per week.
