Customer Service Officer – Lubes & LPG

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will act as the primary liaison between TotalEnergies and its lubricant and LPG customers. You will ensure timely order processing, accurate billing, and seamless delivery coordination while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders promptly.
• Track deliveries to customers from warehouse depots.
• Verify payments and guarantee zero unreceived invoices.
• Complete billing for consumption and supplies at consignment stock centers.
• Reconcile lubricants stock sheets monthly across all consignment locations.
• Monitor and follow up on payments of lubricant invoices and assist in customer account reconciliation.
• Handle debit/credit notes as they arise.
• Control pending orders in SAP on a daily basis.
• Participate in marketing activities to boost sales and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with lubricant engineers, depot teams, finance, and supply functions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum two years of professional experience, preferably in the petroleum sector.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP systems.
• Demonstrated marketing and sales abilities.
