Customer Service Consultant – Sales & Support

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our MICASSO new project. The role combines sales, customer relationship management and after‑sales support to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and consultations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close high‑value deals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product features, pricing and competitive positioning.
• Perform market research and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle, update CRM and prepare forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows and events.
• Follow up with clients after sales, resolve issues and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, technical support or shop management.
• Experience in FMCG, ceramics, construction or building‑materials industry is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM systems.
