About the role
The GA Customer Service Consultant will focus on order entry tasks while supporting stakeholders and clients. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a recent Grade 12 qualification and a strong interest in call‑centre environments.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand order requirements.
- Provide client service and support throughout the order lifecycle.
- Perform administration and systems management related to order processing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely entry of orders.

- 0‑1 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or administration role.
