Customer Experience Agent – Singlecarrier Team

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Agent to join the Singlecarrier Team. You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the end‑to‑end shipment lifecycle, delivering a seamless and positive experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience by handling inbound queries, issues, and exceptions via phone and other agreed channels.
• On‑board new clients and ensure high‑quality service to increase their share of business.
• Maintain full responsibility for customer satisfaction and interaction quality.
• Identify opportunities for face‑to‑face sales interactions that could boost profitability.
• Promote and sell all relevant Maersk products and services to maximize profitability.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Sales, OTCX, and other teams.
• Accurately manage the customer pipeline, forecasting, and segmentation input.
• Encourage the use of digital channels and represent the Maersk brand when needed.
