Creative Marketing & Content Manager

About the role

Kijana Kwanza (Young People First) is seeking a Creative Marketing & Content Manager to shape and maintain its visual identity. You will produce high‑quality photography, video, and graphic design that showcases programme impact for international donors while authentically capturing Tanzanian stories and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, annual reports, newsletters, posters, banners and other promotional materials.
• Create graphics and multimedia content for social media, fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
• Capture, edit and produce photography and short videos of programmes and events.
• Support funding proposals and donor reports with compelling visual design.
• Coach and mentor young people, interns and volunteers in graphic design, photography, videography and digital communications.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Swahili.
• Based in Tanzania.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong photography skills and ability to shoot and edit video.
