Couple General Managers – Luxury Safari Camp

About the role

The Couple General Managers will jointly lead a high‑end luxury safari camp, delivering world‑class guest experiences that reflect Marriott International’s brand standards. This senior leadership position requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality in a remote, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Security, Spa, Guest Services, Finance, HR, and Recreation.
• Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, fostering collaboration to achieve top‑tier guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain full compliance with Marriott brand standards, employment laws, safety regulations, environmental legislation, and corporate governance.
• Inspire, coach, and develop associates, promoting a high‑performance culture rooted in accountability, diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Drive financial performance by managing RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, profitability, and cost controls while safeguarding the owner’s assets.
• Champion a guest‑centric culture, monitoring feedback and quality metrics to continuously enhance personalized service.

Required profile

• Proven senior hospitality leadership experience, preferably within luxury or resort environments.
• Deep understanding of Marriott International brand standards and luxury service philosophy.
• Strong knowledge of operational disciplines, compliance requirements, and financial controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑departmental teams and foster a culture of excellence.
• Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
