Coordinator, Training Support

About the role

The Training Support Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for all learning initiatives, ensuring that training programs are effectively planned, administered, and delivered. You will work closely with departmental leaders, line managers, trainers, and HR to align training activities with operational goals and employee development needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and support comprehensive training programs that address technical, operational, and safety competencies.
• Liaise with department heads and HR to identify training needs and maintain structured annual and periodic training plans.
• Organise logistics for mine‑specific training sessions, including venues, materials, attendance tracking, and communication of notifications.
• Maintain accurate employee training records in the Learning Management System, assign mandatory and developmental courses, and monitor completion status.
• Prepare training reports, participation data, and compliance records for management review.
• Support the continuous improvement of training policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist with culture and capability initiatives, talent succession reviews, and provide updated development reports to line management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Training, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating training programs in an operational or industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
