Content Creator

About the role

Blue Recruits is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join its team in Magomeni Mapipa, Dar es Salaam. This is an entry-level full-time on-site position where you develop, produce and distribute engaging content across several platforms, helping to shape the brand voice and connect with the audience through storytelling and fresh ideas. No prior work experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Create original content tailored to the target audience across formats and platforms
• Work with teams to understand project goals and turn them into creative content strategies
• Produce high-quality written, visual and multimedia content that follows brand guidelines
• Optimise content for engagement and performance on digital channels
• Keep up with content trends and platform best practices

Required profile

• Strong creative skills and a passion for content creation
• Excellent English communication and writing
• Editorial knowledge and understanding of how each social media platform works (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Comfortable publishing personal and professional content on social media
• Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to handle several projects at once
• No prior work experience needed; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key

Required skills

• Proficiency in design software, content management systems and digital publishing platforms
• IT savvy
