Community Pharmacist – Multiple Locations

About the role

Alpha Pharmacy Group is expanding its network across Tanzania and is looking for qualified Community Pharmacists to join new branches in Dodoma, Mwanza, and Arusha. You will play a key role in delivering safe, effective medication services and supporting the health of local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing and inventory control.
• Provide patient counselling and medication therapy management.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement health screening and wellness programmes.

Required profile

• BPharm degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council.
• At least 2 years of community pharmacy experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to relocate to Dodoma, Mwanza, or Arusha.
