Cluster Reservations Manager – Zanzibar

About the role

We are looking for a Cluster Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function for TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar and The Mora Zanzibar. You will act as a centre of excellence, ensuring every booking is accurate, consistent and delivered to the highest service standards across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Own full accountability for rate integrity across all systems, preventing pricing errors and revenue leakage.
• Perform daily rate audits in PMS, CRS and distribution channels to maintain parity with approved strategies.
• Oversee rate uploads, updates and configurations, ensuring accuracy before activation.
• Establish and enforce strict reservation quality control processes, guaranteeing error‑free bookings.
• Conduct continuous reservation audits covering guest details, room allocation, rate application and special requests.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, F&B and tour operator partners to align rates, inventory and guest expectations.
• Manage group, tour operator and allotment reservations, applying correct contract terms and release policies.
• Drive reservation conversion and support revenue optimisation through upselling, room upgrades and ancillary revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in Reservations or Revenue Management, preferably in a multi‑property or cluster hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with a focus on precision.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or equivalent).
• Experience using Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
• Knowledge of channel manager platforms.
• Familiarity with revenue management systems.
