Client Care Officer, Business & Commercial Banking

About the role

The Client Care Officer will deliver a professional and friendly query‑resolution service to both internal and external clients within the Business & Commercial Banking division. You will ensure that client inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and complying with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective resolution of client queries across banking products and services.
• Interact with clients in a courteous manner, ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Identify and manage risks associated with handling confidential client information.
• Monitor accounts for compliance with regulatory requirements and the Code of Banking Practice.
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service standards and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Banking, Customer Service or a related field.
• Strong understanding of bank products, service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret data, make decisions and manage tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to professional standards.
