Checker Operator

About the role

The Checker Operator ensures safe and efficient loading, unloading and stacking of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production continuity. You will work closely with logistics, warehouse and production teams to uphold quality, safety and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑trip forklift inspections and maintain the equipment in optimal condition.
• Load, unload and stack pallets, raw materials and finished goods according to FEFO principles.
• Execute daily stock counts using handheld devices and generate variance reports.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping, use appropriate PPE and follow health, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Communicate accurately with inventory, warehouse and logistics teams to reconcile stock movements.
• Support production lines by loading empties and raw materials and removing finished products.
• Complete all required documentation and participate in shift handovers.
