Business Development Executive – Sales

About the role

Promo Pro Africa Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its corporate client base. You will play a key part in driving sales for a company that provides branding, promotional merchandise, corporate gifts, event branding, printing, and creative marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate customer orders from quotation to delivery.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
