About the role
We are seeking a growth‑driven B2B Account Manager to join Bolt’s Business team in Tanzania. You will be the primary point of contact for established business customers, responsible for increasing product usage, driving upsell and expanding the footprint of Bolt’s solutions across multiple verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Own commercial performance of an assigned B2B portfolio, meeting targets for GMV, orders and revenue.
- Conduct regular client meetings, quarterly business reviews and develop structured account plans to identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
- Lead onboarding of strategic, high‑value clients to ensure rapid adoption and usage growth.
- Monitor portfolio health, flag at‑risk accounts early and execute retention actions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Support on operational issues and provide market intelligence to shape regional strategy.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, B2B sales or customer success with a proven record of growing existing accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to own commercial targets and work autonomously toward measurable outcomes.
- Structured thinker who creates and executes detailed account plans.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with business stakeholders at multiple levels.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
