Assistant Outlet Manager – Luxury Safari Lodge

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at Four Seasons’ Serengeti Lodge, a luxury safari destination. Working closely with the outlet team, you will ensure service standards reflect the Four Seasons philosophy of personalized, intuitive, and anticipatory hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visible floor presence during peak periods, engaging guests and resolving concerns promptly.
• Monitor guest feedback through Qualtrics, LQA and direct comments, ensuring VIP and repeat guests receive flawless service.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including pre‑service briefings, menu updates and occupancy highlights.
• Oversee correct sequencing of service, timing standards, section allocation and team productivity.
• Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures and support bush‑experience setup when required.
