Store Sales Supervisor

About the role

Should be able to manage and support construction projects, should be familiar with all building materials, and experience in Tiles and Ceramic materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and project clients.
• Identify and follow up on construction project opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, ceramics, or building materials like tiles, sanitary ware.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
