Senior Relationship Manager – Large Local Corporates

About the role

As a Senior Relationship Manager you will own a portfolio of Large Local and Regional Corporate banking customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering fast risk decisions, high‑quality service and strategic advice to help clients grow while protecting the bank’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with large corporate and regional corporate clients, ensuring consistent service quality.
• Drive business development by identifying new sales opportunities, cross‑selling products and increasing wallet share.
• Conduct annual and interim reviews of borrowing facilities and non‑borrowing relationships.
• Monitor client satisfaction, complaints and service standards, and act on feedback.
• Research market trends, competitive threats and opportunities within the assigned segment.
• Coach and share expertise with junior members of the corporate banking team.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in corporate banking or relationship management with large corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of the local corporate market, industry dynamics and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex financial transactions with senior client executives.
• Excellent risk assessment skills and a focus on risk‑adjusted portfolio performance.
