Sales Specialist – Ceramic, Tiles & Sanitary Ware

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist with experience in ceramic, tiles and sanitary ware products to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate ceramic, tile and sanitary ware solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and consultations to support the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, generating new leads and expanding the customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close high‑value deals.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage the full sales cycle, update CRM with accurate information and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide after‑sales support, follow‑up with clients and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales or technical support, preferably in tiles showroom or building‑materials companies.
• Experience in the FMCG, ceramics, construction or building‑materials industry is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (a plus).
