Medical Device Sales Specialist

About the role

WEGOWEGO is seeking a motivated Medical Device Sales Specialist to drive growth across Tanzania. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering our innovative healthcare solutions to hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business targets in Tanzania.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Promote WEGOWEGO’s medical device portfolio and related solutions.
• Manage distributor networks and support channel partners.
• Participate in public tenders and oversee the full bidding process.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and gather customer insights.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Strong understanding of Tanzania’s medical procurement and tender processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and entering new markets.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
