Home Appliances Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Home Appliances Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts. You will be responsible for driving growth of key home appliance products, managing existing client relationships, and expanding our dealer and retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and monitor regional sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
• Conduct daily visits to customers and market locations.
• Follow up on customer payments and manage overdue accounts.
• Promote and sell core home appliance product lines.
• Identify, recruit, and develop new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales and market performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in Home Appliances, Electronics, FMCG or a related sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Mwanza market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven business development and customer‑relationship skills.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
