Specialist Digital Channels & Online Pay

About the role

The Specialist Digital Channels & Online Pay supports the execution, monitoring and continuous improvement of M‑Pay digital channels and online payment solutions. Reporting to the Manager Digital Channels & Online Payments, the role ensures secure, reliable and customer‑centric digital payment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support growth and adoption of M‑Pay digital channels, monitor performance, usage, revenue and service availability.
• Analyze channel gaps, prepare performance reports and dashboards, and drive customer awareness initiatives.
• Monitor online payment performance, resolve service issues and identify new payment opportunities.
• Gather business and customer requirements, develop business cases, coordinate testing, launches and post‑launch reviews.
• Engage with partners and ecosystem players, coordinate onboarding, testing and issue resolution, and track partner commitments.
• Monitor customer feedback, coordinate incident resolution and recommend improvements to journeys and service reliability.
• Analyse transaction and revenue data, support forecasting, business cases and commercial performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, maintain audit documentation and promptly escalate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in digital products, digital payments, fintech, telecommunications, financial services, e‑commerce or product support.
• Practical experience with mobile applications, payment platforms or digital customer channels.
• Experience in business analysis, performance reporting, requirements documentation, testing, project coordination or partner support.
