About the role
The Shop Attendant will support the daily operations of our retail outlets in Nungwi, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and promoting product sales. This position requires a service‑first mindset and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain shops in a tidy, clean and presentable condition.
- Promote and sell products in a professional manner.
- Manage shop inventory, including receiving deliveries and restocking missing items.
- Process customer payments accurately.
Required profile
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong customer service orientation with a service‑first attitude.
- Proactive and resourceful when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using a computer.
