About the role
We are looking for a GA Merchandiser to ensure product shelves are well‑stocked, attractive and meet health standards. The role involves supporting the retail team in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining efficient store administration.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor shelf health, replenish stock and arrange products to maximise visibility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support effective administration tasks.
- Interact with customers to address queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards.
- Plan and organise merchandising activities according to promotional calendars.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 months experience in merchandising or a related retail role.
- Secondary education with a Grade D+ (or equivalent).
- Strong communication, time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
