Finance Manager

About the role

Infinity Developments is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the month‑end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across the organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will own the end‑to‑end monthly close cycle and work closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Close sub‑ledgers for AP, AR and Payroll and post all month‑end accruals and pre‑payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations, clear outstanding items and reconcile all balance‑sheet accounts.
• Review Capital Work‑in‑Progress, maintain the fixed‑asset register and calculate depreciation.
• Conduct foreign‑currency revaluation and ensure accurate IFRS‑compliant accounting.
• Review trial balance, run analytical procedures and prepare the monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement with commentary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or CMA) preferred.
• 6‑8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2‑3 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent role.
• Proven ownership of a full monthly close in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially revenue recognition, fixed assets and foreign exchange.
• Hands‑on experience with major ERP platforms (Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
