Category Manager – Non Shop

About the role

The Category Manager – Non Shop will lead the development and optimisation of the non‑shop category for the SFS business unit. Reporting to the SFS Manager, the role combines strategic planning, sales analysis and partner management to drive turnover, rent and margins while ensuring compliance with HSEQ and HACCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define short, medium and long‑term strategy for the non‑shop category.
• Collaborate with field merchandisers, retail territory managers and other stakeholders to implement the strategy.
• Analyse sales performance, margins and revenues together with the SFS data analyst and propose corrective actions.
• Develop business proposals, promotional calendars and communication materials for dealers and territory managers.
• Ensure HSEQ and HACCP norms are fully adhered to by all partners and participate in incident investigations.
• Manage third‑party relationships (banks, insurance companies, etc.), negotiate contracts and monitor invoicing and payments.
• Oversee equipment maintenance contracts in liaison with the technical team.
• Monitor budget objectives, calculate monthly turnover‑based rent and ensure accuracy of invoicing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or hospitality environment.
• Good overall marketing and sales knowledge, basic accounting understanding.
• Ability to work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
