About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Associate to expand our corporate client network for ride‑hailing and transport services in Tanzania. The role involves acquiring new enterprise customers, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for ride‑hailing and transport services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers.
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track sales KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Retain and grow newly onboarded and existing corporate clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 + years proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience in transport, logistics or service industries is an advantage.
- Confidence engaging with top‑tier corporate clients.
