Warehouse Audit Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Audit Supervisor to lead and coordinate audit activities across our warehouse operations. The role ensures compliance with company policies, internal controls and best‑practice standards while identifying risks and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations, inventory, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and verify inbound and outbound stock movements and supporting documentation.
• Lead inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual stock‑taking activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, stock losses, and operational irregularities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse controls, SOPs, and internal control requirements.
• Monitor implementation of 5S and warehouse best practices.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management review.
• Identify operational risks and propose process improvements to strengthen warehouse controls.
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and other departments during audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse auditing, inventory control, internal audit, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, internal controls, and audit procedures.
