This critical role is designed for a financial expert with a proven track record in highly regulated environments, specifically within the banking or stock market sectors, to drive financial excellence and governance.

Missions principales

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of complex regulatory reporting in compliance with banking and stock market standards.
• Ensure rigorous financial governance and strict adherence to industry-specific compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Direct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize institutional performance.
• Manage high-level financial reconciliation and oversee advanced reporting systems to ensure data integrity.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with a mandatory background in the banking or stock market sector.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position within a regulated financial institution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; an MBA is highly preferred.
• Professional certification is mandatory (CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA).
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory reporting and financial governance.
