Senior Account Administrator

About the role

SBA Communications is seeking a Senior Account Administrator to lead complex account administration activities across multiple regions. The role focuses on strategic contract management, colocation project oversight, and process improvement while supporting senior leadership and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for major client accounts, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Manage complex contract amendments, colocation requests, and conduct risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed and executive‑level reports with actionable insights.
• Oversee FCU and RFI processes, guaranteeing timely execution across regions.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational workflows.
• Coordinate with internal and regional teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Mentor junior administrators and share best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives related to resource sharing and infrastructure optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in account administration, contract management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage high‑impact contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
