Rollout Manager

About the role

The Rollout Manager leads the planning and execution of telecom network deployment projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and third‑party suppliers to ensure delivery within contractual scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage rollout activities across multiple sites and areas.
• Liaise with Program Business Management (PBM), customers and suppliers for operational needs and escalations.
• Develop and maintain deployment policies, risk‑mitigation plans and cost analyses.
• Oversee a team of deployment engineers, ensuring proper installation, power‑up, validation and commissioning of network equipment.
• Monitor service delivery KPIs, report performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct feasibility analyses of service requests, providing accurate resource and timeline estimates.
• Support presales activities by delivering technical recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing large‑scale telecom network rollout projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑site deployments, control costs and mitigate risks.
• Strong leadership skills with direct supervisory responsibility for deployment teams.
