- Fluent Arabic and English – essential
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services or Front Office
- Experience in luxury hotels or resorts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in handling VIP and international guests
