Fleet Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Fleet Manager to lead our vehicle fleet operations in Zanzibar City. The role involves overseeing compliance, performance, and day‑to‑day management of the fleet for a luxury real‑estate developer.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Manage and optimise fleet performance, including cost reduction and safety improvements.
• Coordinate daily fleet operations and supervise maintenance schedules.
• Analyse performance data to identify efficiency gains.
• Implement strategies to enhance operational standards and reduce expenses.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of fleet management and operations.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in operations management and process optimisation.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate performance data.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in the real‑estate or luxury development sector is advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with logistics software or fleet management systems (a plus).
