Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead NBC’s digital marketing strategy, driving brand growth, customer engagement and commercial performance across all online channels. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution and data‑driven optimisation to ensure the bank’s digital presence aligns with regulatory standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for NBC products and services.
• Plan, manage and report on integrated campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, paid advertising, display, mobile and the corporate website.
• Create, curate and optimise content (images, video, written, audio/podcast) for target audiences such as individuals, SMEs, farmers and youth.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance daily, weekly and monthly, generating insights and ROI reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance.
• Monitor competitors’ digital activities and stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion through data‑focused optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a regulated industry, preferably banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
