Customer Service Representative – Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our front‑desk team in Dar es Salaam. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the daily operations of a leading stock market dealer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the front desk, answer and direct incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Welcome visitors, register guests and ensure a friendly atmosphere for clients and staff.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as handling mail, filing documents and maintaining office supplies.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
• Recent graduate with no more than one year of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with standard office equipment (telephone system, printer, scanner).
