About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our front‑desk team in Dar es Salaam. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the daily operations of a leading stock market dealer.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, answer and direct incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Welcome visitors, register guests and ensure a friendly atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as handling mail, filing documents and maintaining office supplies.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
- Recent graduate with no more than one year of work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (telephone system, printer, scanner).
