Brand & Communications Manager – HBB

About the role

Airtel Africa is seeking a dynamic Brand & Communications Manager to lead the creative and digital strategy for its Home Broadband (HBB) portfolio. You will work closely with agencies, product teams, and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact campaigns that drive growth and strengthen the brand across Tanzania.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative development with agencies, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines and performance standards.
• Manage ATL, BTL and digital creative production, monitoring timelines, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly reports on agency payments, invoice status, and purchase order tracking.
• Develop and execute HBB‑specific digital marketing strategies, owning paid media performance across search, social, display and video.
• Collaborate with product and CX teams to optimise digital journeys, conversion funnels and lead generation.
• Monitor digital KPIs such as leads, CPA, conversions and ROI, staying ahead of trends and consumer behaviour.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, website and LinkedIn, including posts, videos and graphics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand and communications management, preferably within telecom or broadband services.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital media buying and performance measurement.
• Ability to work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver on tight deadlines.
