Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw website data into actionable insights. In this role you will implement tracking solutions, analyse user behaviour and produce clear reports that guide optimisation of our digital properties and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau.
• Partner with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup capability.
