Typescript Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Typescript Software Engineer to join a leading AI company on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on developing and refining high‑quality training data for next‑generation AI systems across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute production‑level development and refactoring in Typescript, Python, Rust, and Go.
• Drive codebase migrations, rewrites, and modernization projects across multiple language ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce, evaluate, and refine human data for AI training.
• Maintain best practices in software engineering, including clean code, maintainability, and thorough documentation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical challenges spanning all supported stacks.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to uphold high code quality.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Typescript with production‑level development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, including refactoring and modernizing codebases.
• Familiarity with Rust or Go and ability to contribute to multi‑language projects.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple programming languages.
