Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of the resort’s spa in Paje, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to resort management and works closely with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee spa reservations, treatment scheduling and service delivery.
• Supervise and coach spa team members, coordinating staff rotas.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet brand quality standards.
• Manage spa budgets, monitor revenue targets and control costs.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions for spa services.
• Handle guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in spa or luxury hospitality management.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and revenue management.
• Knowledge of skin‑care treatments, products and industry best practices.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certification or diploma in spa management, hospitality or wellness (advantageous).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied hours as required.
