Site Engineer – Construction Project Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities for residential or commercial high‑rise projects. The role involves daily supervision of structural, finishing and MEP works, ensuring that safety, quality and schedule targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structural construction, finishing, and MEP installations on the construction site.
• Coordinate daily with architects, structural consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Enforce site safety protocols and monitor compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Maintain quality standards by conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and manage on‑site material logistics.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising residential or commercial high‑rise construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor teams and communicate effectively with design professionals.
• Strong understanding of site safety regulations and structural design layouts.
