Senior Training Solutions Manager

About the role

SolutionsTag, a leading Tanzanian oil and gas service provider, is seeking a Senior Training Solutions Manager to drive growth of its training portfolio. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on aligning training offerings with market needs while achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for training solutions across Tanzania and the wider East African region.
• Maintain strong relationships with trainers to ensure high‑quality, experiential delivery.
• Lead the business development process, from prospecting to contract closure, to meet defined revenue objectives.
• Oversee seamless execution of training programs, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the oil, gas, or energy sector within Tanzania, East Africa, or broader African markets is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
