Senior Manager, Innovation Lab

About the role

The Innovation Lab Senior Manager will lead the design, development, and execution of breakthrough solutions that drive growth and operational excellence for the bank. This role champions a culture of experimentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and user‑centric design to turn emerging ideas into market‑ready products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Innovation Lab’s vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities to shape innovation priorities.
• Lead ideation activities such as design thinking workshops, hackathons, and challenge programs.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end design of digital products, platforms, and services, ensuring best‑in‑class user experience.
• Develop strategic visions, value propositions, ecosystem blueprints, customer journey maps, interactive prototypes, and UX toolkits.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate progress to senior leaders, and establish governance for risk, ROI, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate closely with product development, system developers, digital labs, and emerging‑technology teams to ensure design specifications are implemented.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading innovation or design functions within a large organization, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong track record of translating concepts into scalable, market‑ready solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas visually and verbally to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning, agility, and experimentation.
