Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to lead the management and optimization of our Hospital Information System (HIS) within an accredited hospital environment. The role combines clinical research coordination with extensive IT expertise to ensure seamless system ownership, implementation, training and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the Hospital Information System, from planning and implementation to ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate clinical research activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end‑users and support staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate HIS functionalities with clinical workflows.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience working with Hospital Information Systems in an accredited hospital.
• Advanced degree in IT (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc).
• Proven track record of HIS ownership, implementation, training and deployment.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
