Senior Change Manager – Localization Transition (6‑Month Contract)

About the role
The Tanzania Country Office is moving from a direct‑implementation approach to a partner‑led operating model. As Senior Change Manager, you will steer this high‑visibility transformation, ensuring a smooth transition that strengthens local impact for children.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Country Director and senior leadership team to design, sequence and execute the transition roadmap.
- Align and engage staff, partners, donors and government stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Lead organisational change across structure, culture, capabilities and ways of working.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to service continuity, reputation, staff movement and partner capacity.
- Embed sustainable change systems to ensure lasting impact beyond the six‑month contract.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading complex organisational change initiatives, preferably in international development or humanitarian settings.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to secure buy‑in from diverse groups.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
