SAT Technician – Technical Assistance Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SAT Technician to join our Technical Assistance Service in Nungwi, Zanzibar. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure the installation, maintenance and repair of dispensing machinery for our client companies, delivering high-quality, personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, set up and dismantle dispensing machines at client sites and assess facilities for new installations.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs on equipment, including quality checks and validation protocols.
• Support production by assembling components and preparing materials on the line according to company standards.
• Manage spare-parts inventory and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Assist supervisors and other departments with unexpected technical needs.

Required profile

• Vocational training or intermediate degree in Electronics and/or Electricity.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical role.
• Strong organization, time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina and a high sense of responsibility.
