Sales Specialist – Manufacturing (Garments, Packaging, Plastics & Medical Products)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join AtoZ Group Limited’s commercial team in Arusha, Tanzania. The role focuses on generating new business and expanding existing accounts across our diverse manufacturing divisions, including garments, hygiene products, plastics, packaging and agricultural solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and help grow our market presence locally and regionally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new B2B business opportunities across multiple product lines.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, market research and gather competitive intelligence.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with production, planning, logistics and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track inquiries, orders, deliveries and customer payments, and keep CRM and sales reports up to date.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and promote cross‑selling of new products.
• Represent AtoZ Group at exhibitions, trade fairs and customer events.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Proven B2B sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, FMCG, packaging, plastics, textiles or medical products.
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; Kiswahili is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
