Sales Representative – Portable Power Solutions (Contract)

About the role

Ecoflow, a global leader in portable power stations and solar energy storage, is expanding across Africa. We are looking for a contract Sales Representative to grow our market presence in Tanzania, focusing on retail and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand Ecoflow’s retail and distribution network within assigned territories.
• Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets, driving both sell‑in and sell‑through.
• Manage product visibility, merchandising, and stock turnover in partner stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with chain stores, distributors, independent retailers, and specialty outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Train retail staff and channel partners on Ecoflow products and value propositions.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends, pricing, and customer demands.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and in‑store activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on sales experience in solar energy, mobile/ICT, or consumer electronics.
• Proven expertise in channel management and dealer network oversight.
• Existing relationships with key retail stakeholders in Tanzania.
• Strong knowledge of the local retail and distribution market.
