Sales & Marketing Specialist – Heavy Machinery & Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our heavy machinery, automotive vehicles, equipment and related services. The role combines proactive sales activities with targeted marketing initiatives to generate leads, build customer relationships and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets across heavy machinery and automotive sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct site visits, product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders; negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, dealers, fleet owners and corporate clients.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns using social media, digital channels, exhibitions and trade shows.
• Create promotional materials such as brochures, product presentations and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
