Sales Executive

About the role

Our client, a global provider of premium lubricants and specialty solutions, is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships and support debt collection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments and support debt recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial or FMCG sectors.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management and account handling abilities.

• Competitive gross salary ranging from TZS 700,000 to 800,000.
