Regulatory & Stakeholder Engagement Manager

About the role

The Regulatory & Stakeholder Engagement Manager will lead and manage key regulatory affairs, influence stakeholder perceptions and support proactive government and regulatory engagement for AB InBev in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Protect and shape the overall regulatory environment and influence public policy processes.
• Track key regulatory and excise issues, develop strategic responses and communicate positions.
• Maintain relationships with government, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
• Organise plant tours, multi‑stakeholder forums and support regional commercial activities.
• Conduct research and prepare submissions to industry regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, law, international relations or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a highly regulated industry with stakeholder and government relations.
• Experience with indirect tax and strong technical skill to defend positions.
• Ability to navigate complex political environments and influence stakeholders.
